Question: ischemo the only sure for cancer

No there are lots of other treatments for cancer, it really depends on what sort of cancer you have and where it is. Sometimes it is just simply cut out, this is the case for a lot (but not all) skin cancers. We also use radiotherapy where radiation is beamed into where the cancer is to kill the cancer cells. There is also immunotherapy which is where we try and force our own immune system to fight the cancer. There are bone marrow/stem cell transplants which is where we get healthy bone marrow/stem cells from someone who is a match – like a blood donor) and it is injected into the person who has cancer to help them get good cells to fight the cancer
