Hi Jess! I struggle with fatigue so I have to be quite flexible with my time so that I can work when I feel good and take time off when I’m struggling. I work between 5 and 8 hours a day depending on how I’m feeling, and generally try to stick to a normal working week (Mon-Fri) but I often have to work on Saturdays as well because that’s the best time for patients to come in to take part in the research.
