• Question: I seem to sleep alot but i am also a sporty person, I would like to know why do i still feel tired even thought i sleep alot

      Tiredness isn’t just how much we sleep, it’s also at what point we wake up! If you wake up during Rapid eye movement sleep (REM Sleep) because our brain is active like when it is awake it’s much easier to make that transition between sleep/wake. If you wake up in Slow wave sleep which is a much deeper form of sleep, you feel much more tired for longer.
